Anna works with girls and young women as they navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, family dynamics, life transitions, and more. Through a holistic strengths-based approach, Anna helps her clients achieve their goals in a healthy and meaningful way.
Anna describes her therapeutic style as authentic, collaborative, and compassionate. She strives to provide a safe space for her clients where they can be heard, feel empowered, and discover their true selves. Anna has an integrative theoretical orientation that draws from person-centered theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She believes every client is unique and incorporates techniques and interventions aligned with their specific needs.
A Nashville Native, Anna spent her undergraduate years in Oxford, Mississippi where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Anna returned to Nashville to continue her education at Belmont University and received her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her clinical practicum and internship experiences at a local dual diagnosis treatment center before entering the private practice world.
